Ban Appeals

Made a mistake, or think a decision was wrong? You can appeal. We review every appeal fairly — being banned isn't always the end of the road.

1

Pick a staff member below

Appeals are handled by clan leadership and moderators. Reach out to one of the people listed below — no need to message all of them.

2

Send them a direct message

DM them on Discord using their handle. If you've been banned from the server, you may need to send a friend request first so the DM can go through.

3

Make your case honestly

Explain what happened, own your part if you were in the wrong, and say why you should be let back in. Honesty gets you a lot further than excuses.

4

Wait for a decision

Staff will review it together and get back to you. Be patient — spamming or messaging multiple staff at once will hurt your appeal, not help it.

Who to Contact

Message any one of the staff below to start your appeal.

❗ You only get one appeal — make it count

Each person is entitled to one appeal, and one appeal only. If your appeal is reviewed and denied, that decision is final — you will not be given another. So take your time, be honest, and put your strongest case forward the first time. Don't waste it.

🔍 Every appeal gets a second set of eyes

No appeal decision is final until it's reviewed and signed off by a senior member of our staff team. This keeps outcomes fair and consistent — but it also means an appeal can take a little longer if senior staff aren't online. Don't worry, we'll always get to your case.

📋 What makes a good appeal

  • Be respectful — hostility is the fastest way to a denied appeal
  • Be honest — we already know what happened; own it
  • Be patient — message one staff member, once, and wait
  • Show you understand why it happened and what changes

⚠️ Some bans are final

Appeals are reviewed case by case, and approval is never guaranteed. Bans for hate speech, slurs, identity-based harassment, cheating, or scamming are unlikely to be overturned. See our rules for the full breakdown.
